"If you can't fly, run.  If you can't run, walk.  If you can't walk, shuffle.  But by all means, keep moving."  I'm not sure who wrote this, but I found it in "From the Heart", which is published by a local cardiovascular group.   I think it's good advice.  I need to start doing that more often.   How about you?  Are you active enough on a regular basis to keep your heart healthy?  If not, join me in moving more.  We'll all feel better for it.  Have a great Sunday!
